Upholstered headboard

Playing the card of simplicity can pay off. A plywood covered with upholstery and embellished with a fabric in your image, and here come together the essentials to give punch to your cozy cocoon at low prices!

The essentials

  • Scissors
  • Foam padding
  • 60 "x 40" x 3/4 "plywood
  • Stapler
  • Tissue

  1. Using scissors, cut a piece of foam padding the same size as the plywood, adding about 3 inches to each side. Place the piece of foam on the floor and place the plywood on the foam.
  2. Squeeze foam padding as far as it will go, then staple it to the back of the plywood, at least 2 inches from the edge, starting at the center of each side, then continuing all the way around.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with the chosen fabric. Fold the corners of the fabric, then staple them on the padding foam.
